Cookies ‘n Cream
Aside from preparing weekend orders, I spared an hour of my Saturday afternoon experimenting on a new cookie recipe! A few more tweaks and I’ll surely add this on my mini bakeshop’s menu.

This recipe is one of my recent experiments in the kitchen. It started when I found Oreos in the cupboard and thought of making something unique out of it. Then, voila! Two cookies in one! Simply irresistible!

lizettetan:

My sister and I have been craving for something new to munch on since last week. We opted to try some shops we’ve heard good reviews of but for some reason, our plans never pushed through. This is why it was definitely perfect timing when Ate Janina, a Tumblr friend, officially launched her business, Cookies by Janina! Since I have always wanted to try out her homemade goodies, I didn’t feel any hesitancy in ordering. It was a really good thing that customers are given the option to either arrange a meet-up or have them delivered.
I went through all the photos on their Facebook page, and goodness, everything looked so good! It took me quite some time to decide what to get but eventually ordered a box of Oreo Surprise! :) Tada!

It was a box of six cookies! Obviously, the photo only shows five of them… but that’s because I already ate one before this was taken. Hee hee.

The cookies are delicious! They were really soft and have the right amount of sweetness, just the way I want it! Having some with you is perfect while you’re in the middle of studying, working or well… just watching your favorite TV show.
Aside from the Oreo Surprise, they have four other cookie products to choose from: Monster Cookies, Chunky Chocolate Cookies, The Classic and Snickerdoodles!

Capping this off with a note from Ate Janina herself! It definitely is a good way of saying thank you! Who doesn’t appreciate personalized notes? :)
It’s not bad to treat yourself once in a while so get yourself goodies from Cookies by Janina! Enjoy! :)
