Al fresco dining, calesa rides, and everything vintage! Roaming around Vigan definitely felt like I was in a setting of the 16th century! The town’s well-crafted architectures reflect a fusion of Spanish and Chinese culture. Also, not only that the Ilocanos were able to preserve much of their history, but they can be characterized to be quite artsy and talented people, too!
